In this 90-minute interactive discussion, I will offer visual examples, share processes of my journey of joy, healing, and empowerment, and open opportunities for group inquiry, discussion, and play. This emerging "Art Explorers" group is rooted in principles of curiosity, compassion, courage and contemplation, and invites all 17+ adult levels of interest, and no artistic experience is needed.
