Vinyassa Flow Yoga classes

I received my 200 and 500 YTT in the Kripalu Yoga tradition in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and have taught students on a college campus, in a Salem, MA studio, in an art gallery, and a Jijitsu center.

Community Arts workshops

I seek to inspire students of all levels to learn techniques, terms and processes that empower curiosity, risk taking and discovery within safe learning spaces.
